Full Stack Developer

With strong MS SQL track record and stored-procedure experience, you’ll have opportunities to work on green-field applications as well as being able to build on and influence the ongoing direction of existing systems.

Sam Jonas
Implementation Manager - Australia

My role as an Implementation Manager is to support Praemium's Western Australian clients by providing training and education on how to get the most from the platform and the reporting functionality available within our technology to help create efficiencies within their business.

What I enjoy most about my role is working on a daily basis with the broad range of clients that Praemium has.  I have been able to gain a thorough understanding of each businesses' unique offering and its clients to ensure I can implement solutions to support them. 

Praemium is a dynamic company that allows me to take ideas and feedback from our clients back to the business and develop them into practical solutions. Everyone at Praemium can play a role in the company's innovation, strategy and success.

Lisa Guo
Finance & HR Manager - Shenzen

I have been working at Praemium for 11 years, responsible for the Finance department for Praemium Asia as well as HR and admin requirements.  I  am responsible for all the management accounts and reports, recruitment and employee relations and engagement. Strength in maths and accounting and an understanding of Chinese policy is a great help in my role.

Since I joined, Praemium has become like my family. We have a great team culture built on respect and a real collaborative and friendly approach across teams. Senior Reconciliations & Settlement Analyst - London

I have been working at Praemium for 6 years in the UK Operations team. My role consists of Cash & Stock reconciliations, in-specie transfers, settlements, asset set-up, income processing and a member of our CASS committee – to name a few tasks

PPS Express Day – global hackathon

It happens in a 24-hour time period and ignites creativity, collaboration and innovation with the simple goal of improving our client, products or employee's experiences.  PPS Express is our in-house Hackathon - a fun competition to see who will achieve glory with their idea. Teams from all our global office have a chance to work on a project of their choice. The aim is to deliver functionality or service that improves the customer experience or improve an internal process that make Praemium more efficient. Anyone can submit ideas and pitch them to the business. Employees can then elect to support that idea by creating a team to turn the idea into reality and have a chance at winning the grand prize and trophy.  It's not just the winning idea, often the ideas that our Hackathon generates become reality. 


Corporate games

Each year many of our team members are actively looking to do more together. One of the ways we help achieve this is through our corporate games. These activities arrange from our athletic style events e.g. tennis, golf, etc. All the way through to challenging mind games e.g. chess, poker, etc.




Kids to work 

We offer the opportunity for parents to bring their children to work for a day. Throughout this day team members rotate each hour to interact with the kids and play games with them as a small break from the usual weekly tasks. It’s a great way to show your child around the workplace and give context to where you go each week as well as for them to meet some of your fellow team members.

At Praemium we also offer sponsorship to participate in sporting challenges, races and fundraiser events. Every Friday we have drinks, nibbles and a quiz as well as holiday season company parties.
