Over the past six months, we've delivered a series of major infrastructure upgrades designed to enhance platform security and reliability. While some of this work required scheduled maintenance windows, the improvements made during these periods are already helping to create a stronger, more resilient experience for you and your clients.

Core infrastructure upgrade

We have successfully migrated our core infrastructure and our Reporting and Administration platform from on-premise data centres to Microsoft Azure, marking a major step in our cloud transformation journey.

This move retires our legacy environments and delivers:

  • Improved resilience and uptime
  • Enhanced security and observability
  • Faster delivery of platform changes

This migration strengthens our technology foundation, enabling us to innovate more rapidly and provide a more reliable experience for our users.

Tech upgrade for Investor Portal

Investor Portal has moved to a new database and technology.

This improvement has made the portal faster, more reliable, and updated earlier in the morning, providing a smoother experience for all users.

Additionally, Investor Portal is now better aligned with the Adviser Portal; for example, when an Adviser overrides an asset class, the update will appear in both portals. This change resolves a long-standing issue raised by many clients.

Adviser Portal order placement now available 24/7

An issue where Advisor Portal trading and status alerts were unavailable during nightly processing has been fixed. This issue was particularly felt by users in later time zones; for example, in Perth offices.

Adviser Portal now allows trades to be placed during system updates, with improved UI feedback on the status of your trades. The feature has seen strong adoption since launch, supporting a significant number of trades across Individual Assets and Models.
